Pricing is based on the number of active employee profiles per month.
It starts at $10/user with a $99/month minimum.
You'll need an account for all employees that:
If an employee departs from your organization, you may mark their profile "terminated". All terminated records will be preserved and you will not be billed for that employee (pro rata). Also, there is no distinction between an "Admin" account vs an "Employee" account. Using our "Roles & Permissions" module, you choose what employees can and can not access.
If you need additional assistance getting your site setup (e.g. loading employees, equipment, training, reports, etc) then you may request dedicated support at a fixed rate of $80 / hour.
If you need iScout to provide onsite training to your employees and/or administrators, you may request an onsite training visit at a fixed rate of $100 / hour plus travel.
After using iScout for a period of time, your organization may desire a custom feature to help streamline your processes. In these cases, the iScout team will talk through the feature with you and may offer to develop the feature for a fixed rate of $150 / hour. NOTE: Not all custom requests will be approved.
